- All products must be returned with their original packaging and standard accessories. The decision whether to return the product or not is at the discretion of Baharyayincilik.com. When issuing a return invoice, the return invoice amount must be the same as the TL amount on the sales invoice.
- During the return, the packaging and / or standard accessories must not be missing or damaged.
- The consumables (ribbon, ink cartridge, toner, paper, etc.) of the products to be returned must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
- The shipping cost of the returns sent by courier is paid by the customer. Products for which the shipping fee has not been paid will not be accepted.
- The product brought on special order is non-refundable.
