In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the contracted cargo companies with a guarantee of transportation.

On average, your order is delivered within 2-5 business days domestically.

If your product has not arrived, please inform us on the Contact Us page.
Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. If there is any damage to your product, make a report to the officer.
